Overall great bike off the shelf. Put a lot of miles on as a stock bike and loved it. Very comfortable and quietest ride I’ve ever had. Eventually converted to a 1x8 drivetrain (40T) and upgraded the pedals and crank. Original tires wore out and started getting flats, so I upgraded to 700x40 Specialized Pathfinders for both efficient ride and good handling off road. Other upgrades are new brake and derailuer cables, Oury grips, and shimano disc brake calipers.
Really love this bike as an urban, road, or gravel bike. It’s got a lot of potential and I recommend E11even bikes to anyone looking to start or get back into riding.
I love my e11eben fitness. 🚲
We love E11even bikes so much we own three of them. After looking and riding many other fitness bikes, we elected to try to E11even fitness bikes and have not been disappointed. I have nearly 500miles on mine so far and my boys have a few hundred as well and we have not experienced any issues whatsoever. Seat is comfortable for a stock seat and the components, while not Shimano, offer everything we need to complete 20-30 mile rides a few times a week. I will be adding a second wheel set and some gravel tires soon but other than that I don’t anticipate doing anything else. These are great bikes.
If you’re looking for a simple and fun way to get some basic exercise, or want to ditch the car for local errands, our Fitness model is perfect for you. With an upright, comfortable riding position, you can cruise the neighborhood, the paths, or streets with ease.
Our lightweight aluminum frame, with semi-hydroformed tubing, is designed with comfort and fun in mind. And with rack and fender mounts, you can easily convert the Fitness into a daily commuter. The triple crankset and 8spd cassette provide more than enough gearing for zipping along on the flats, or spinning smoothly over rolling terrain.
Alloy Frame and Fork
Our alloy frame has an upright riding position and sporty geometry for predictable, fun handling. The 6000 series aluminum tubing is semi-hydroformed for light weight and tuned stiffness. The alloy fork sheds pounds and provides an optimally tuned ride.
The 3x8 drivetrain, with 42/34/24 chainrings, and 11-32t cassette delivers gearing that allows you to go as fast or slow as you want! Whether the terrain is flat or rolling, you’ll always have the right gear to suit your desired pace.
Disc brakes provide superior braking power, in wet or dry conditions. The simple cable actuated brakes are powerful, and very easy to modulate for either quick stops or just controlling speed.
CST 700 x 35c Tires
700 x 35c tires provide ample cushioning, as well as grip, for either asphalt or dirt paths. The large volume tires and semi-slick tread design allow for quick rolling, as well as increased puncture resistance.
