First and foremost, our bikes and wheels are tested by all types of riders in in real world conditions. Next, our products are rigorously tested on machines to measure accuracy and precision. Every e11even product exceeds all testing standards inspiring confidence with every revolution.
Performance So You Can Fly
Similar to our tests for safety, we test our performance by simply performing on e11even wheels and bikes. We ride them, we race them (when designed for that), and push them to their limits. Our top priority is delivering products with top-level performance in real world situation.
Warranty
e11even wheels and bikes have a lifetime limited warranty that covers defects in material or manufacturing workmanship, provided the products are operated under normal conditions and use. e11even wheels also have a 2 year guarantee against spoke breakage. All bikes have a lifetime warranty on they frame and all parts for 2 years. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through e11even customer service at (888) 905-8243 or info@luciditybizdev.com. Original proof of purchase is required.
Return Policy - Wheels
Your satisfaction is our mission. For 30 days from date of purchase, If you are not thrilled with your wheels you may exchange them for a credit or refund. Note that wheels need to be in "as new" condition free of scratches, marks etc. The wheels must also be returned in the original packaging.
