Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Scope & Period
E11even provides a limited warranty for its Kids and Youth Electric Motorcycles (hereinafter referred to as "Products") against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Customer"), as detailed below:
Frame: 1-Year warranty.
Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty. Within the first years, a battery confirmed defective by E11EVEN will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty period will not be extended due to repair or replacement.
Major Components (e.g., motor, controller): 1-Year warranty.
Consumables (e.g., tires, inner tubes, brake pads): Are not covered by this warranty, as their lifespan depends on usage conditions and habits.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Product purchased through E11even's official authorized channels (e.g., the e11evenbike.com website or designated Amazon store).
2. Warranty Service
During the warranty period, if a Product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, E11EVEN will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product free of charge, replace the defective part(s), or provide a refurbished product of the same or similar model (which may contain minor cosmetic imperfections). This is our core commitment.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect order, or non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product, damaged-on-arrival, or an error made by us, E11EVEN will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Labor Charges: The warranty does not cover any third-party labor charges for installation or repair.
3. Warranty Process (How to Make a Claim)
Contact Support: Email [support@e11evenbike.com] to describe the issue.
Provide Information: Provide your Order Number as proof of purchase and attach clear photos/videos showing the Product's serial number and the defective area.
Diagnosis & Solution: An E11EVEN support representative will review your claim and provide a preliminary solution within 48 hours (on business days).
Ship the Product: Following the instructions provided, ship the Product to the designated address for further inspection and repair.
4. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from, including but not limited to:
Misuse & Accidents: Accidents, collisions, abuse, stunt riding, racing, unauthorized modifications, or the use of non-original parts for charging or modification.
Non-Compliance with Guidelines: Failure to assemble, operate, charge (e.g., using a non-specified charger), or maintain the Product according to the User Manual.
Normal Wear & Environmental Factors: Normal wear of consumables like tires and brake pads; normal aging or cosmetic changes (e.g., fading, scratches) due to exposure to extreme weather, moisture, or corrosive environments.
Human Actions or Force Majeure: Fire, flood, theft, etc.
5. Legal Rights & Liability
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, E11EVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS LOSS OF USE, TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE) ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
