The Fine Print

Warranty Policy

e11even wheels carry a lifetime limited warranty that covers defects in material or manufacturing workmanship, and 2 years spoke breakage provided the wheels are operated under normal conditions and use. 

During the warranty period, e11even shall repair or replace, at its sole option, all parts that are found by e11even to be defective and subject to warranty. This limited warranty is made only to the original owner and it is not transferable. In the event of a non-warranty or non-riding incident, the original owner may qualify to receive crash replacement pricing.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, shocks or crashes, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse (including without limitation, bicycle motocross, stunt bicycling or similar activities), nor damage occurring during shipment, improper assembly or assembly with non-compatible products or failure to follow instructions contained in the applicable instruction manual. Any modifications made by the user will render the warranty null and void. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, and any implied are limited in duration to the same duration as the expressed warranty herein. e11even shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. 

If you damage e11even rims due to circumstances not covered under warranty, we offer a crash replacement program to the original owner valid for the life of the product Customer is responsible for shipping and handling and the crash replacement must be handled through e11even.

Returning the damaged product and starting the crash replacement process: Contact e11even directly, not the dealer where you purchased the product. Please email info@e11evenbike.com. You will be required to provide a copy of the original sales receipt. Once the return has been authorized, please send your product via an insured shipping method, with tracking, to ensure a safe and documented delivery.


  • Damage occurring during shipment of the products (such claims must be presented directly to the carrier).
  • Products that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained, used in competition, misused or abused, or involved in accidents.
  • Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
  • Damage or structural failure occurs as the result of road conditions, road hazards, or an accident.
  • Damage or structural failure occurs as the result of racing applications or willful abuse.
  • Damage occurs due to neglect or adverse weather conditions.
  • Product has been altered, modified, or repaired other than by e11even.
  • Damage resulted from improper mounting and/or incorrect tire sizes.
  • Damage to products resulting from improper assembly or repair.
  • Wheels installed and used on product other than what product is intended for use on. 
  • Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product.
  • The labor required to remove and/or re-fit and re-adjust the product within the bicycle assembly.
  • Normal wear to the product.
