Delivery to your door
Free e-bike shipping to residential addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days after payment; delivery is usually 5–7 business days after shipment.

Set up before the first ride
Review your model’s assembly instructions before riding. Check the brakes, tires and controls as directed, and ask our team if you need help completing setup.
If you need professional assembly, confirm availability and any charges with your chosen provider.
Understand the return conditions
Eligible e-bike returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, with fewer than 10 miles, no signs of use or wear, and all original packaging and included items. Preauthorization is required.
Non-quality return shipping is $150–$350. Additional costs can apply if original packaging is not used.

We understand that choosing your first electric bike is a big decision.
E11EVEN offers a 15-day return window for eligible e-bikes. For non-defective returns, the bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, show no signs of use or wear, and be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping fees of $150–$350 normally apply. Additional packaging-related charges may apply if the original packaging is not used.

Got this for my son’s birthday. He’s honestly never been much of an outdoors or sports kid, so I wasn’t even sure how much he’d use it lol.
But he really likes it. It looks cool, wasn’t crazy expensive, and the back rack is perfect for throwing his backpack on. Now he’s riding it out to meet his friends all the time instead of just sitting at home, so I’m pretty happy about that 😂
He usually charges it about once a week with how he rides, which has been totally fine for us. He’s also added a bunch of his own little stuff to the bike and made it look very “him.”
Definitely one of the better birthday gifts I’ve gotten him.
