Check both the total load limit and the separate rear-rack limit before carrying cargo. Rack capacity alone does not establish compatibility with a passenger seat.

300 lb total payload and 55 lb rack capacity are separate limits. Cargo only; child-seat and passenger compatibility are not confirmed.

Delivery to your door
Free e-bike shipping to residential addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days after payment; delivery is usually 5–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates vary. Check address eligibility and the full shipping policy before ordering.
Set up before the first ride
Review your model’s assembly instructions before riding. Check the brakes, tires and controls as directed, and ask our team if you need help completing setup.
If you need professional assembly, confirm availability and any charges with your chosen provider.
Understand the return conditions
Eligible e-bike returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, with fewer than 10 miles, no signs of use or wear, and all original packaging and included items. Preauthorization is required.
Non-quality return shipping is $150–$350. Additional costs can apply if original packaging is not used.

Yes. E11EVEN offers a 15-day return window for eligible e-bikes. For non-defective returns, the bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, show no signs of use or wear, and include its original packaging. Return shipping costs $150–$350 and is deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an E11EVEN-verified quality issue, return shipping is covered.
You may not need to ship your entire bike back. E11EVEN offers technical support and works with authorized dealers and service partners in selected U.S. locations.

Coverage includes eligible components such as the battery, motor, frame, brakes, and electrical system. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are generally excluded.

If carrying a few things is part of your normal routine, this setup makes a lot of sense. The bike still looks easy enough to handle for shorter rides.

For quick trips, this layout makes sense. I like the wide tires and upright setup. The rear rack is large enough for the stuff I’d normally carry.
