The step-thru aluminum frame gives you a lower frame opening for getting on and off at everyday stops.

Comfort over everyday bumps
A 60mm front suspension fork helps soften small bumps on paved routes and neighborhood streets.
Suspension does not remove road hazards. Slow down for potholes, wet surfaces and uneven pavement.
Room for the market bag
The included rear rack is rated for up to 100 lb, giving you a place to secure groceries or daily essentials.
383 lb total payload and 100 lb rack capacity are separate limits. Cargo only; bags and baskets are not included unless listed.

Delivery to your door
Free e-bike shipping to residential addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days after payment; delivery is usually 5–7 business days after shipment.

Set up before the first ride
Review your model’s assembly instructions before riding. Check the brakes, tires and controls as directed, and ask our team if you need help completing setup.
If you need professional assembly, confirm availability and any charges with your chosen provider.
Understand the return conditions
Eligible e-bike returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery, with fewer than 10 miles, no signs of use or wear, and all original packaging and included items. Preauthorization is required.
Non-quality return shipping is $150–$350. Additional costs can apply if original packaging is not used.

Eligible 2026 and newer U.S. e-bikes have a limited warranty of up to 2 years or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Ownership requirements, coverage limits and exclusions apply.

Honestly, I wanted the red Eleanor the second I saw it. I’d been checking their site for a while waiting for it to actually go on sale, so when they finally launched, I was pretty excited.
I ended up getting nearly $400 off, an accessory bundle, and a 3-year warranty, which was already a win for me. But then I also got some cute little extras like a tote bag and keychain. Totally wasn’t expecting that lol. Such a nice surprise.
I live by myself and mostly use it for going to work, grocery runs, and random little errands. Everything is kind of that annoying distance where it’s too far to walk, but driving feels like overkill. And finding parking is always a headache.
So yeah, I’d been wanting a good e-bike for a while. Then I saw this red one and was basically like… yep, that’s the one
I’ve been riding it and honestly I really like it. Super comfortable, easy to ride, and I actually look forward to taking it out.

It’s the kind of bike I can see myself reaching for when the trip is too far to walk but not worth taking the car. That’s basically what I wanted.

The easy step-through makes a difference when you’re getting on and off several times in one ride. I also appreciate that the bike still looks clean with the rack installed.

Overall I like the bike a lot. I spent a little time adjusting the seat and getting the fit where I wanted it, but after that the layout felt natural. Rear rack is a plus.
