E-Bike Replacement Parts: What to Check Before You Buy

A flat tire before work. Brakes that feel different on the way home. A charger you cannot find when the battery is running low. These are practical ownership questions, and knowing where to find the right e-bike replacement parts helps you deal with them.

E11EVEN's parts catalog includes inner tubes, tires, brake pads, chains and replacement chargers. Each has a specific job, and some are intended for particular models. Before ordering, identify what needs attention and check that the replacement matches the bike you own.

Here is where to start when something goes wrong, what may need replacing and how to get help choosing it.

Which e-bike replacement parts might you need?

Use the symptom to narrow down the next check. It is a starting point, rather than a diagnosis.

What you notice What to check first What may be needed
A tire keeps losing air Tube, valve, tire casing and the cause of the puncture A compatible tube; a tire if its structure is damaged
Braking feels weaker or sounds different Pad wear, contamination, rotor condition and brake operation Compatible brake pads after inspection
The chain skips or shifts poorly Chain wear, stiff links, adjustment and sprocket wear The correct chain, adjustment or other drivetrain service
The charger is missing or damaged Original charger specification and bike version A confirmed compatible replacement charger
The display stays dark Battery seating, charge and the startup procedure Support diagnosis before buying electrical components

Flat tire: check the tube before replacing the tire

A flat tire does not always mean you need a new outer tire. The air leak may come from a punctured inner tube or a damaged valve. If a thorn or piece of glass remains inside the tire, fitting a new tube without finding it can lead to another flat.

Stop riding on a flat. Read the size on the tire sidewall, and inspect the tire and valve before choosing a replacement. A torn casing, bulge or damaged bead needs assessment; a new tube will not repair structural tire damage. Park Tool's flat-tire guidance explains why finding the cause matters.

Our catalog lists these tube and tire options:

Model Inner tube listed Tire listed
DRAGONFLY / ELEANOR 27.5 × 2.1 Kenda Kwick Seven.5, 27.5 × 2.1
WINGMAN 20 × 3.3 Chao Yang 5213E, 20 × 3.3
DEFIANT 26 × 4.0 Kenda Krusade, 26 × 4.0
Folded replacement inner tube with a Schrader valve for E11EVEN DRAGONFLY and ELEANOR bikes.
Check tire size and valve type before choosing a replacement tube.

Compare these with your actual tire markings and valve type, particularly if the wheels or tires have been changed. You can find the options in our E11EVEN parts catalog. Ask a mechanic for help with wheel removal and reinstallation if you are unfamiliar with the motor cable or axle hardware.

Weak or noisy brakes: confirm the cause before ordering pads

If the bike is taking longer to stop, or a brake lever suddenly feels different, have the brakes inspected before riding again. Worn pads are one possible cause. Contamination, rotor problems and adjustment issues can also affect braking, so a noise alone cannot tell you which part to buy.

E11EVEN lists Tektro E10.11 brake pads. Check the installed brake model and pad shape before ordering; these pads should not be assumed to fit every E11EVEN model or brake version.

Check the quantity as well. One set contains two pads for one brake. Replacing compatible pads at both wheels requires two sets. The listing does not include the return spring or cotter pin.

Have a qualified mechanic handle installation if you are unfamiliar with brake service, and follow the brake manufacturer's checks and bedding-in instructions before returning to normal riding.

A skipping chain: check wear and compatibility

If pedaling feels uneven or the chain skips when you put pressure on the pedals, the chain may need attention. It may also be a shifting adjustment or worn sprocket issue. Have the drivetrain checked instead of assuming a new chain will solve it.

Our chain listings include:

  • KMC Z7-RB, 7-speed: listed for WINGMAN and DRAGONFLY with 7-speed drivetrains.
  • KMC Z8.3-RB, 8-speed: listed for DEFIANT.

Check the installed drivetrain before choosing a replacement chain.

Match the drivetrain speed and required chain length. For ELEANOR, or a bike with changed components, contact us to identify the appropriate option. Do not select a chain from its appearance alone.

Park Tool's chain-replacement guide covers chain sizing and explains why worn sprockets can cause skipping even after a new chain is installed.

Lost charger or charging trouble: check the label first

A lost charger is a straightforward reason to look for a replacement. A battery that will not charge needs a little more investigation. Note the indicator behavior, any display error and whether the equipment has visible damage. Follow the supplied instructions for external connection checks.

The chargers in our catalog are separated by model:

Catalog listing Models listed
54.6V, 2A charger WINGMAN / ELEANOR
54.6V, 3A charger DEFIANT / DRAGONFLY
Black replacement e-bike charger with a charging connector and AC power cord, listed for E11EVEN DEFIANT and DRAGONFLY.

Send support a clear photo of your original charger label and battery label before ordering if there is any uncertainty. The plug fitting, or the voltage matching, does not by itself establish compatibility.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission advises using the supplied or manufacturer-recommended charger and remaining present during charging. Do not open a battery pack or charger to attempt an internal repair. Stop using damaged charging equipment and contact support.

Display not turning on? Ask before buying electrical parts

An unlit display does not establish that the display, controller or battery needs replacement. With the bike safely stationary, check that the battery is secured and follow the startup procedure in your instructions. Record any error code or unusual behavior.

If it still will not start, send that information to support. Avoid opening electrical components or buying a replacement based only on the symptom. A photo or short video helps the team understand what you are seeing.

How to order the right E11EVEN replacement parts

If you know the confirmed part and fit, start with our replacement-parts collection. Check the current listing for compatibility, package contents and availability before purchasing.

If you are unsure, use the E11EVEN contact page or email support@e11evenbike.com with:

  • Your bike model, order number and approximate purchase date.
  • A photo of the whole bike and a close-up of the affected part.
  • Any visible part number, tire size, charger label or error code.
  • What changed, when it happens and whether the bike has been modified.

Ask the team to confirm the part and installation requirements before placing an order. If you cannot find the component in the catalog, send the same details so we can review the available options.

Check warranty coverage before paying for a replacement

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, contact support before buying parts. Eligible 2026 and newer U.S. E11EVEN e-bikes have limited coverage for qualifying defects for up to two years or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first, subject to the policy's ownership and purchase requirements.

Normal wear on tires, tubes, brake pads and chains is excluded. Keep your proof of purchase and review the full E11EVEN warranty terms. Support can review the issue and explain the applicable next steps.

E-bike replacement parts: common questions

Do all E11EVEN models use the same parts?

No. Tire sizes, chains and chargers differ between models. Check the actual component and bike version, especially after modifications.

Can I install replacement parts myself?

That depends on the job, your experience and the tools required. Follow the relevant instructions. Brake service, motor-wheel removal and electrical faults may need a qualified mechanic.

What if I cannot find the part I need?

Contact E11EVEN with the model, photos and any part number. Ask about compatibility, availability and ordering options before purchasing an alternative.

When your bike needs attention, you should know where to begin. Browse our e-bike replacement parts, or send support the details and ask us to help identify the right next step.
