• E11 ships to the 48 contiguous United States only.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Shipments containing ebikes require a signature upon delivery.
• E11 is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by FedEx or other carriers.

Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the Product is delivered to the carrier.

Address Changes After Shipment

If you change the shipping address after the Product has shipped, all associated risks and costs are your responsibility.

Shipping Damage Claims

Shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the Product.
