Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing E11EVEN. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.



1. Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (holiday seasons, promotions, etc.).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.



2. Shipping Methods & Carriers


We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including (but not limited to):

FedEx

UPS

DHL

USPS

Local delivery partners (depending on region)

The carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.



3. Estimated Delivery Times


United States (Standard)    3–7 business days

United States (Expedited)    1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs inspections, logistics delays, or carrier issues.



4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Free shipping may apply to orders that meet our promotional threshold (if applicable).

Expedited or international shipping will incur additional costs.



5. International Shipping (Customs, Duties & Taxes)


For international orders:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the shipment arrives in your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.



6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

E11EVEN is not responsible for:

Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address

Additional shipping fees for re-delivery or reshipment

Delays caused by address issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.



7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider the order completed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your case and assist with a replacement or other appropriate solution.



8. Order Changes & Cancellations


You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered processing.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the shipment.

9. Tracking Your Order


After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.



10. Items Not Eligible for Standard Shipping


Some items may have special shipping restrictions due to:

Oversized dimensions

High value

Hazardous materials

Regional regulations

In such cases, we will inform you prior to shipment if special arrangements are required.



11. Delivery Delays


We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
