Yes! DEFIANT is designed for more than smooth city streets.
Its 26 × 4.0-inch fat tires and front suspension help you ride more comfortably across paved roads, maintained gravel paths, and light trails.
However, DEFIANT is not intended for extreme mountain biking, jumps, or highly technical trails. Always check local trail regulations before riding.
DEFIANT is built to carry everyday essentials and outdoor gear, with a rear rack rated for up to 100 lbs and a total payload capacity of 400 lbs.
However, the rear rack's weight rating does not automatically mean it is approved for a child seat or passenger.
Child seats and passenger accessories should only be used when compatibility and safety requirements have been confirmed by E11EVEN. Until then, please use the rack for cargo only.
DEFIANT weighs approximately 83.8 lbs and features full-size 26-inch fat tires, so it needs more storage and handling space than a lightweight city e-bike.
If you're planning to use a car bike rack, make sure it supports the bike's weight, tire width, and dimensions.
For home storage, we recommend a ground-level garage or secure bike storage area whenever possible. If you regularly need to carry a bike upstairs, consider its weight before purchasing.

E11EVEN provides assembly guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and warranty support. For local maintenance or repairs, you can explore our authorized dealer network across California, Colorado, and Ohio.
Eligible manufacturing defects are covered by our limited warranty for up to 2 years or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Normal wear items, such as tires and brake pads, are generally not covered.

We understand that choosing a fat tire electric bike is a big decision.
E11EVEN offers a 15-day return window for eligible e-bikes.
For non-defective returns, DEFIANT must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, show no signs of use or wear, and be returned with its original packaging and included items.
Return shipping fees of $150–$350 normally apply, and additional charges may apply for non-original packaging.
